Nick Legge’s Thornbury flock took the top tickets at the Gloucester and Borders Club’s progeny show, clinching both the championship and reserve championship under judge Paul Quick, Loosebeare.

Taking the championship was the winner of the shearling ram class, a son of the 42,000gns Ettrick Grey Goose out of a dam by Midlock Dynamo which was also dam of the 19,000gns Thornbury Ironside. Taking the reserve honours was the winner of the gimmer class, a full ET sister to the shearling ram.

The club extends its thanks to all event sponsors; McCartneys, AB Europe, Galloway & Macleod, Farmgene and Monnow Marquees.
A special thank you to Nick Legge abd Peter Stubbs, Thornbury, for hosting what was a highly successful day for the Club.
