The price you pay is the price displayed on the Texel website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you cancel due to price changes and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
There is a handling charge of £5.00 per order to cover postage and packing. This will be charged when ordering online or added to invoice when ordered directly from the Society Office. Please allow 4 weeks for merchandise to be dispatched.
All Texel merchandise has a white embroidered Texel Logo as standard. Personalised information in addition to Society Logo is available at £10 per item.

Returned garments will not be accepted if they have had personalised information added.
All returns to be received within 2 weeks of delivery date.
