Pre-entries for the Society’s main Wales and Border Sales at Hereford on Saturday 19th September and Llandovery on Monday 21st September are now open.
Pre-entries can be completed on the Society’s website and close on 6th August.
Please note that pre-entries can only be submitted online, and no paper forms will be issued or accepted by the Society. Members must hold a Direct Debit account with the Society as all aforementioned detailed sale entries will require the use of iTexel.

Pre-entry process
- Go to the online pre-entry form page and select the sale you wish to enter.
- Complete the online form with the requested details and pre-entry numbers inserted in the relevant sales and classes.
- Click and read the conditions of sale
- Tick the agreement box
- Submit your completed form
With some uncertainty surrounding the restrictions these sales will operate under, including regional government restrictions and the need to maintain social distancing at all sales venues, it is possible that cutbacks for some sales will be heavier than in previous years, including the potential for reductions in vendor numbers. These are unprecedented times and while the Society and the auctioneers at each venue are working hard to ensure sales can take place, there will be some compromise required from all concerned.
