The ninth joint production sale from the Loosebeare and Whitehart flocks saw a top call of 5500gns on two occasions, both times for Whitehart gimmers from Nicki and Jim Hartwright.
First at the top call was HWN2406957, a Castlecairn Googlebug daughter out of a Whitehart Dynamo-sired dam. She sold to Paul Tippetts, Wilodge.
The second at this level was another by Googlebug, HWN2406934, with this one being out of a dam by 7000gns Whitehart Big Style. She was the pick of Matthew Fear for the Felton flock.
Then making 4800gns was the best of the day from the Quick family’s Loosebeare offering, QEL2413601. This daughter of the 48,000gns Sportsmans Dare Devil is out of a dam by Teiglum Cosmic and sold to J Qunica, Wesington, Derbyshire.
And at the same money was a Loosebeare Foreman daughter from the same home, QEL2413575. She’s out of a dam by Whitehart Class Act and sold to Matthew Fear.
Next best at 2400gns was another from Loosebeare, QEL2413665. This daughter of the homebred Loosebeare Foreman is out of a dam by Teiglum Cosmic and was knocked down to Peter Barlow for the Moorclose flock.
And at 2200gns was QEL2413849, another by Strathbogie Fabulous, she is out of a Whitehart Class Act daughter and found a new home with Matthew Fear.
Close behind at 2000gns was another by the 48,000gns Sportsmans Dare Devil, QEL2413647. This one is out of a dam by Whitehart Class Act and was another sold to Peter Barlow.
