The Texel breed champion, Procters Farm’s aged ewe, PFD1302614, has this afternoon taken the indidual interbreed championship at the Royal Welsh Show under judge Myfyr Evans. This ewe is by Scholars Twenty Twelve and is out of a dam by the 50,000gns Haddo Ringleader.
This ewe had previously been breed champion at the Royal Highland Show and made it a second Royal Welsh breed championship in succession for the Procters flock under the stewardship of flock manager Jeff Aiken and wife Jennifer.
