Top call at the South East Texel Club’s sale was a 1400gns bid for shearling ram Clayhill Iron Man from Nick and Sarah Pile.
Sired by the homebred Clayhill Goliath and out of a dam by Kimbolton Slpha Papa, he sold with a top 25% index and was bought by Charles Fuggle.
Close behind at 1350gns was the next in the ring, Clayhill Iceman from the same home. He’s by the Clayhill Fernando and out of a dam by Garngour Alabama. Again with a top 25% index, he was knocked down to Downsview Sheep.
At the same money was Prinkle Farm Invictus from J F H Farming. This son of Caron Feisty is out of a dam by Empire Dream Boat and went home with Ben Foy.
Two then followed at 1100gns, the first of which was another from Nick and Sarah Pile, Clayhill Invictus. This Caereinion Diamond son is out of a Clayhill Awesome George daughter and again sold with a top 25% index. He was another taken by Charles Fuggle.
And the other at this money was Field Farm Issac from Field Farm Texels. He’s a Millhouse Flashdance son out of a dam by Canllefaes Crusader and sold to I Richards.
