Young members are invited to hone their prime lamb selection skills with a Texel Youth Development Programme ‘Livestock Selection and Carcass Grading’ event at Kepak’s Methyr Tydfil facility, south Wales.
This event, being staged exclusively for the Society’s YDP is an ideal opportunity for young breeders to learn from those operating in the critical final link in the supply chain. Attendees will have the opportunity to follow animals from live assessment through to carcass selection and grading.
