Conference Attendance
The Society offers seminar, workshop or conference attendance grants valued up to £500 through the Youth Development Programme. The scheme offers a unique opportunity for members to gain new skills and knowledge from their chosen seminar, workshop or conference they have identified which suits their needs effectively.
Grants vary in level depending on the type of event and will include the candidate’s travel, accommodation and conference/seminar attendance fee.

Sheep Breeders Round Table
The SBRT is a biennial gathering of sheep farmers and scientists to discuss the issues that influence the UK sheep industry.
The Texel Sheep Society, along with Regional Clubs have previously ‘match funded’ the attendance of Texel Young Breeders at the SBRT Event.
