2026 Club Sales Pre-Entry – Shropshire Borders

Complete the ‘vendor details’ section

Add the number of animals you wish to enter in each sale and class

Read and agree to abide by the ‘Bye-Laws governing the Conditions of Entry’ and press ‘SEND’

Members must hold a Direct Debit account with the Society as all Shropshire & Borders club sale main entries will require the use of iTexel. To set up a Direct Debit account with the Society please contact cataloguing@texel.co.uk.

To be considered for Shropshire & Borders Texel Club sales please complete this pre-entry in order that your club can establish the total number of entries received. At the pre-entry stage the Club is only interested in the number of animals you are intending to enter in each section and not the actual identity of the sheep being entered.

    By entering sheep into Texel Breeders Club Sales, I, being the Owner or authorised agent for the Texel flock stated, agree to abide by The Texel Society Bye-Laws and conditions of entry and I agree to the entry fee based on the numbers indicated in the table above. I understand that in the event I do not utilise my final allocation in the main entry form, I will forfeit the entry fees not fulfilled.

    What happens next?
    The Society will acknowledge receipt of this online entry form via email. After the closing date the Club will validate your initial entry, check the total entries for each section in each sale and apply any cutbacks necessary.
