The Society’s 2026 Social Weekend, incorporating the Society’s AGM, will take place at the Puckrup Hall Hotel, Tewkesbury, from Friday 13th November to Sunday 15th November, 2026.
Please note that booking for this event is only possible directly through the Society using the web form below as the Society has negotiated discounts with Puckrup Hall which are not available through the hotel’s website.
A 50% non-refundable advance part payment is required to confirm your booking. The outstanding amount will be invoiced to the associated flock and will be collected on the 27th September 2026 by the Society’s Direct Debit system. Refunds are not available for this event.
FINISH LINE ticket:
Saturday’s Dinner Dance ticket only.
FRONT RUNNER ticket:
Saturday’s Dinner Dance ticket & Saturday night accommodation on B&B basis.
BOOKIE’S FAVOURITE ticket:
Full weekend package, which includes two nights’ accommodation (bed & breakfast basis), and tickets to the Friday race night and Saturday Dinner Dance.
A drinks reception is also included for the Friday and Saturday night guests
Please note for Front Runner and Bookie’s Favourite tickets, a single occupancy supplement will be applied.
If you are booking multiple bedrooms, you will need to book one bedroom at a time.
