I understand that by ticking the box that my subscription payments from the date of this declaration and any donations I make in the future until I notify you otherwise will be treated as my Gift Aid donation. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed (25p in every £1) on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Subscriptions paid from business or farm accounts are not eligible, as Gift Aid can only be claimed on subscriptions paid by partnerships and private individuals (matching or including the name on the Society membership records). If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

Processing will be carried out by the Society to fulfil its contractual obligations to them as a member, with further processing carried out using legitimate interest as a basis for the purpose of compiling and publishing our breed registry/flock book and the promotion and development of the Texel Breed.
